This social resumes in-person June 2021.
This is an evening out at a local dining establishment, to gather, talk and (often) listen to live music. Similar to Third Thursday, but for those of us who can’t get out during the week.
It is scheduled for the second Saturday evenings of each month. Held at Boswell’s in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood, dinner is at 7:00.
7 – 9 pm
The Garage at ish
4089 Langland Street
Cincinnati, OH 45223
Our peer support group meetings are informal and can include discussion on specific topics, informal chatting, and games/crafts. These meetings are NOT therapeutic support groups and our meetings shouldn’t be considered a substitute for professional therapy. Facilitators are there to manage the space and meetings but support is provided by all attendees (peers).
3rd Wednesday of the month
7 – 9 pm
The Garage at ish
4089 Langland Street
Cincinnati, OH 45223
The Garage at ish is a fully accessible space including an ADA bathroom. There is limited street parking so you may need to walk a short distance. Please don’t park in the lot next to the building as that belongs to the apartment building. The Garage is located across the street and then across the apartment parking lot from the Northside Transit Center. The walk is paved but there is a small incline walking across the parking lot.
If you have any questions or if there are barriers to your participation in this group, please email us at heartland@transadvocacycouncil.org.
An RSVP is NOT required. If you register for this event, you will receive reminders from Eventbrite or you may click this link to add it to your Google calendar: https://bit.ly/3jNEW2d
