Anxiety and stress are something every person experiences. Sometimes it becomes hard to bear. This workshop will identify some relaxing ways to cope with anxiety and stress though mindfulness techniques, art, and writing. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these techniques and artistic methods.

Audience: Open to all LGBTQPIA folks, friends, family, and allies
